Terms of use

Last updated October 11, 2026

OhmMail is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, together with these terms.

Your mail is yours

OhmMail connects to email accounts you already have. We don't claim any rights to your email, and OhmMail doesn't send it to us.

Content you send and receive

We don't create, review or control the messages, attachments or links sent with OhmMail, and we are not responsible for them. Whoever sends a message is responsible for what it contains.

Acceptable use

Don't use OhmMail to break the law or harm others: no spam, fraud, phishing, threats, harassment, malware, content that exploits children, or infringing other people's rights.

Subscriptions

OhmMail Plus and OhmMail Pro are billed by Apple and renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

No guarantees

Spam filtering, look-alike warnings, link checks and AI features can be wrong in both directions. Check your Spam folder now and then, and never rely on a warning alone before sending money or signing in. OhmMail is provided as is, to the extent the law allows.

Security

We encrypt what OhmMail stores on your device, but no system is completely secure. Keep your own backups of anything important.
